If Trappers skins, were in good condition, when received, by her tannery, then the tannery screwed the pooch. The reason I mentioned sun-dried skins, is that every once in a while, you get an outfitter from Africa, that salts skins, then proceeds to let them bake in the African sun, for long periods.

Who uses Moyles for tanning? do they charge you for boxes now?
I have been using moyle mink and tannery for all my flat hides for many years. Now they are charging me $7 per large box as of this last season. I come to find out my employee sent them a bunch of flats but they didn't charge him for boxes upon return shipping. I just wanted to know if any of you guys are getting charged for boxes or if they are just sticking it to a few of us.
